70L/min high flow nasal cannula therapy device 70B
Description
HFNC is a simple system with clinical effects mainly dependent on flow, oxygen concentration, and temperature setting.
HFNC is a heated and humidified system that allows prescribed fraction of inspired oxygen (FIO2) levels to be delivered at very high flow rates.
Application
Its use has been widely explored, particularly in ICUs and emergency departments (EDs)
Other applications of HFNC include the prevention of postextubation hypoxaemia, pre-oxygenation before sedation/anaesthesia and oxygenation during bronchoscopy
When HFNC is used to deliver oxygen, the flow rates are much higher than can be achieved with traditional nasal cannula. This results in a greater delivery of prescribed oxygen into the lungs, and less entrainment of room air. The oxygen you want to deliver to your patients is not prone to the same effect of dilution!
Advantage
In the battle against Covid-19 in Wuhan in 2020, 70% high-flow device was from micomme.
At present, micomme occupies over 50% market share in high flow filed in China.
Built-in oxygen-gas mixture to accurately control oxygen and adjust oxygen concentration.
Unique one-way airway design, no need for disinfection, reducing equipment turnover time and the workload of medical staff.
Intelligent water-controlling system, automatically maintaining the optimal water level in the water chamber.
